BEd Program Assessments

The Formative and Candidate Self-Assessment is to be completed at the end of the first two weeks of each practicum, and the Summative Assessment is to be completed on the last day of each practicum.  Each assessment must be signed by the appropriate parties.  A copy should be kept by the Associate Teacher.
