E-Learning Services
e-Learning Services supports the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) by Faculty of Education faculty, staff, researchers and students.
e-Learning Services' main functions are:
- to maintain Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities and resources
- to support classroom use of ICT
- to maintain faculty websites, servers, hardware and software
- to consult and provide resource services for the Faculty related to the use of ICT
- to provide software training and support for faculty and staff.

Bookings form for computer rooms, computer equipment and digital cameras.
Getting Help
Please contact Pat Deir (613-533-6722, ) for all inquiries, service requests, and faculty web page, or other consultation requests, including the following:
- appointments with e-Learning Services staff
- obtaining a Queen's email account (NetID)
- requesting a class mailing list (LISTSERV)
- technical- or software-related help with your Queen's computing equipment
- appointments to discuss web page development, databases, or other consultations
- ordering faculty computer and computer-related purchases
- reporting inventory information for faculty computer and computer-related equipment
- using or previewing curriculum related software
- updates to Ednews and Edstaff mailing lists
- updates to online faculty phone list
- requests to prepare class sets of material on CD/DVD
