The e-Learning Services Frontline Support provides a single point of contact between faculty, staff, and e-Learning Services staff. Contact the e-Learning Services front-line desk to
- report an incident or to facilitate a break/fix a problem
- get a technical related question answered
- put in a service request (Footprints) for technical support
- reserve rooms and/or equipment
- have a listserv mailing list created.
