e-Learning Services offers a number of services for faculty, staff and students.


e-Learning Services Front-Line Support (613-533-6722) Room B232

The e-Learning Services Frontline Support provides a single point of contact between faculty, staff, and e-Learning Services staff. Contact the e-Learning Services front-line desk to

  • report an incident or to facilitate a break/fix a problem
  • get a technical related question answered
  • put in a service request (Footprints) for technical support
  • reserve rooms and/or equipment
  • have a listserv mailing list created.
